These instances include him voting for bills that’ll set the community back while voting in favor of those that’ll harm the group.

As for the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, it was a nickname given to a Florida bill signed by Governor Ron DeSantis. The bill would prevent different grade levels from discussing sexual orientation and similar topics, as shown on GeorgeTown.edu. Some people would say that such bills are to protect children, but doing so can lead to a lack of understanding and tolerance, which could lead to further consequences.

I think it’s vital that people understand such bills and attacks against the community.
